This summit will serve as a platform for educational thought leaders, visionaries, practitioners and policy makers ​from around the globe to converge and catalyze transformative change. Over 100 presenters are coming to ​Ghana from 8 countries on four continents. Ghanaian educators are important contributors to this dialogue!

Participating educators will engage with one another in order to inspire new approaches for addressing key challenges ​that educators share such as:

• Teaching that produces dependent learners instead of leaders
  
• Misalignment between education and the needs of the workforce
  
• Limited integration of technology in classrooms
  
• The need for transformational leadership
  
• The urgency to prioritize student and educator wellness
  

In light of these challenges, the summit will revolve around

Ghanaian educators will be selected through scholarship application
